[Staff] makes every girl feel so special and seen whether your dancer is naturally talented or struggles to look graceful. I have one of each type of dancer, and I’ve been blown away at how much improvement I’ve seen in not only their dancing ability, but their confidence. In most dances on recital, she choreographed a moment where each dancer has a brief “solo” across the stage. Molly is just so positive and creates an environment my girls truly want to be a part of.
